Bad Dog is a pit bull D.O.O.M. agent who wears a Punisher-looking T-shirt. He has not had any speaking roles yet. Unlike Leather Teddy, he does not have any signature weapons.

He is the first villan to get injured by Dudley.
Possibly a tribute to The Fairly Odd Parents, Bad Dog's goatee is yellow and looks like an upside down fairy crown. In fact, throughout the series there are hidden crowns in backgrounds, but it is noticeable on Bad Dog the most.
Bad Dog had a laughing goof in Operation: Happy Birthday, and is voiced by Daran Norris, who also voices The Chameleon, Francisco, The Chief, and Jack Rabbit.
Bad Dog also seems to have a friendship with Leather Teddy.
Bad Dog is a playable character in the game Nick Dodgers.
From the phone call with Butch Hartman that Matt12428 won, it seems that Bad Dog will be a major villian in the future, but for now hes just laying back.

What the hell happened to this guy? He just disappeared from the show and the blue bear guy too. It's especially jarring due to the fact that they didn't do anything yet since the show first aired! It's just Snaptrap, the crocodile dude, and those two rat guys over and over again.

I noticed in Share-A-Lair, when he laughs, he has sort of a gruff voice...
