Snowflake
Snowflake Hup was the main villainess in Chilly Dog. She is a bunny kid who dresses up like a carrot. She has a Southern accent, tricks people with a friendly personality, and uses a saw to eliminate the competitions by cutting a hole in the ground. She does so because she has never won a trophy thanks to her idiot brother Slush, and she used to skate with a box of hair, since it was smarter than Slush, but it left her and went solo. She is voiced by Mary Birdsong.
