General Warthog and The Chief.
General Warthog is the general of the Petropolis Army. He first appeared in Internal Affairs, where he was captured by The Chameleon, so Dudley and The Chief had to save him. Like The Chief, he is a little past his prime and has false teeth. He appears again in Lucky Duck, where it is revealed that he, along with his troops, are fans of Quacky the Duck.
He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.

- He made pizza bagels for himself and The Chief in Internal Affairs, which The Chameleon ate when he held him hostage.
- He seems to be good friends with The Chief.
- In Lucky Duck, he let Kitty and Dudley use two of his missiles.
