Leather Teddy
Leather Teddy is the grayish-blue bear and is one of the D.O.O.M. agents. He had no speaking roles. It is shown he has bear traps on chains for weapons. He usually wears leather, due to his name, which makes him resemble a biker. He also seems to have a friendship with Bad Dog.

Trivia[]
- He is voiced by Eric Bauza, the person originally intended to voice Dudley Puppy.
- Other D.O.O.M. agents such as Bad Dog and Leather Teddy, are not agents of G.L.O.O.M.
- It unknonwn why he and other background D.O.O.M agents were not present after season 1, but is possible they either quit, were fired, worked in other parts of D.O.O.M such as field agents, or imprisoned for life possibly commiting crimes outside of D.O.O.M.
