General Warthog first appeared in the episode, Internal Affairs. He is the general of Petropolis' Army and was captured by The Chameleon, so Dudley and the Chief had to save the general. Like The Chief, he is a little past his prime and has false teeth. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.

He appears again in Lucky Duck, where it's revealed he together with his troops are fans of Quacky the Duck.
