Trivia
- This episode has a small resemblance to the episode The Hot Line from the TV show Get Smart, where the main protagonist and counterpart of Dudley, Maxwell Smart, is given by mistake the title of Chief of CONTROL, causing him a change of attitude towards his colleagues.
- Dudley's flea collar in this episode is definitely a reference to his original design where he had one that The Chief would have to stay away from in the original pitch.
Allusions
- Get Smart -
- Top Cat - The episode's title is a parody of the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon show.
- Top Dog - Also, the episode's title is a parody of the 1995 Chuck Norris film.
Running Gags
- Dudley judo tossing characters and yells "Trust no one!". The same goes for The Chief at the end of the episode.
