Verminious Snaptrap, or simply known by his surname Snaptrap, is usually the primary antagonist of T.U.F.F. Puppy, and is the leader of D.O.O.M. (Diabolical Order of Mayhem).

Snaptrap's sole reason for villainy is actually rather humorous, as well as ironic: he's the only rat in the world who is allergic to cheese. This may have plagued him his whole life until he went mad and formed D.O.O.M..
Role in the seriesEdit
Verminious Snaptrap is the main antagonist in the series. His evil plans usually involve global domination or defeating T.U.F.F.. He was a T.U.F.F. agent for a short time in Snap Dad.
PersonalityEdit
Snaptrap has the personality traits of arrogant, cowardly, unintelligent, sarcastic, temperamental, childish and psychotic. He is also highly sadistic, as he enjoys throwing his henchmen (usually Larry) in the shark tank if they ever fail or annoy him. He is also shown to have strained family relations with his mother (as shown numerous times in the series). As shown in "Mall Rat", he is completely insane, as he made a girlfriend named Vivian out of soap. This insanity is also expressed because sometimes when he talks, he puts emphasis on one word, during which, his eyes spiral around, until he is finished saying the word, though this may be a possible cause of a tic disorder instead of insanity, possibly Tourette's Syndrome. He also has a slight lisp. Every time he is defeated (in an episode where he's the main antagonist), he says "I will now PLOT MY REVENGE!!!". He is incredibly vindictive and will get his revenge on anyone who defeats him. He is obsessed with ruling the world.
Interactions with other charactersEdit
Bird BrainEdit
Snaptrap, The Chameleon and Bird Brain all teamed up twice in the episodes Doomed Christmas and The Curse, and King Mutt. Other than that, there seems to be no interaction.
ChameleonEdit

Snaptrap seems to care very little about the Chameleon.
Snaptrap seemed to have used or even abuse Chameleon's kindness and wish to bond in the episode Mission: Really Big Mission.

Snaptrap and Chief seem to have only one single integration in the episode Snap Dad when Snaptrap lied to him about the presence of the Easter Bunny.

Not much is known about Snaptrap and Francisco's past, but they seem to be good friends. Though, at times, Snaptrap gets a little sarcastic toward him. Francisco ate Snaptrap's pet hamster. They share bunk beds.

KeswickEdit

- In Cruisin' for a Bruisin', Snaptrap apparently finds Keswick's karaoke worse than prison.
- In "Snapnapped", Snaptrap begged Keswick to help rebuild D.O.O.M and keep it on the cutting edge of technology. Keswick joined them, only to foil Snaptrap's plans, and this resulted in Snaptrap being sent to jail.
LarryEdit

Snaptrap seems to despise Larry in the same way that Michael despises Toby in The Office. Michael is constantly insulting Toby, and Snaptrap seems to have a fiendish love of abusing Larry, firing lasers at him, and throwing him in the shark tank. In fact, feeding him to the sharks seems to be a running gag in the series. He's probably careful to not actually kill him, since Larry's married to his sister.
OllieEdit

Ollie is Snaptrap's voice of reason, whom he often ignores. A recurring gag in the series is that Ollie is the one who accidentally gives Snaptrap something cheese-related, either forgetting about his boss' cheese allergy or Snaptrap idiotically forgetting it himself.
